To see the Lift AI score on a contact record within Drift, you will need to create a new custom attribute.
Create a new Attribute
Go to the visitors icon on the left navigation and select contact settings.
Then go to create a new attribute button on the top right.
Select Text as the field type
Create this label exactly as shown: Lift AI Score
Once the attribute is the and as long as the Lift AI Code Snippet has been deployed on the site, the Lift AI APIs will pass the Lift AI score to that new attribute automatically. You will see it on the contact record in the custom attributes section.
This field can now be mapped via any of the Integrations you have set up with Drift. Simply by mapping this field in the integration you can see the Lift AI score in your Marketing Automation tools and your CRM tool.
Go to Integrations, select the integration you want to map this field and open up the Mapped Attributes section.
Note: first you will need to create a field to store this field in Marketo, Salesforce and which ever integration you are mapping.
Then simply select the Lift AI score from the drop down of Drift fields on the left:
Then select the field name you created in your CRM or MA tool from the drop down on the right and hit update and the scores will automatically be sent to your System whenever any record in Drift is sync'd to that system.
